Another great day for golf at the Links at Novadell.  Congratulations to our flight winners. We had some real nice scores in all flights and 2 sudden death playoffs.

Winning the Champ flight in a playoff was Sid Dye with a nice round of 73, over Tommy Jones-73.  for his 5th win of the year.  The A-flight was real close with Hank Zunk coming in for his 1st win of the year with a nice score of 77, followed by Wayne Sanders and Rick Wigginton with 78's each.  The B-flight was also close with 7 players within 4 strokes of each other.  Winning his 4th tournament of the year was Stan Billman at 79, followed one stroke back was Vince Frey-80, and Gary Cooper and Jim Boyle at 82 each.  The C-flight winner was Chuck Baker-84, winning in a playoff against Bob Fleeger-84, followed one stroke back was Glen Freeman-85.

Our next tournament is our "TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP" on Oct 15 & 16 @ CAMBRIDGE GC, in memory of Gary Sparks.  This will be a shotgun start @ 11:00 on both days, with our Tour Awards Banquet following Sunday's round.  We will have a meal at the banquet with spouses invited.
