Championship Flight:

Ted Cox put together an even par round yesterday that included four birdies against four bogies for an even par winning score of 72.  Gary Schatz started his season out in fine fashion finishing in second place with 75.  Three players finished at 76 as Steve Joyce, Jerry Sennett & Jeff Rausch all went to the card playoff to break the log jam.  Joyce grabbed third and Sennett fourth on the playoff.

A Flight:

Paul Gargano made his season start a memorable one shooting a fine 79 to finish in first place one shot ahead of two other players.  Gary Bell and Alan Skelton both fired 80’s but it was Bell collecting second place money in the playoff.  Fourth place again so a three way tie at 82; Tim Cooke beat out Tim Romeo and Jeff Hughes for 4^th place money.

B Flight:

Chris Black won for the first time ever on tour but had to do so with a score card playoff.  Chris fired a 79 as did Ray Smith who used his local course knowledge but lost on the first playoff hole but still grabbed second place.  Sam Carpenter finished alone in third with 81 and Doug Tyler cashed for the second straight tournament at 82.

C Flight:

Bill Sturgeon got back in the winners circle with an impressive 84 on Wednesday.  Don Elsass last years points winner cashed in his first event back with 87.  Jim Wittersheim & John Crofts both tied at 88 but Wittersheim won on the card for third place.
