Adam Markin, Jeff Hughes, Toby Tyler, and Charles Mines all win first tournament of the season at Carolina Lakes!

Championship Flight: 

Adam Markin posted a great round of one under par 71 for the two shot victory over three other players.  Mike Gentry finished second on the card followed by Mark “Sir” Hodges and Jeff Brischke all finishing at 73.

A Flight:

Jeff Hughes came out firing on all cylinders after a long layoff posting the victory with 73.  Bob Olsen finished solos second two shots back at 75 followed by Johnny Moffett and Bill Riddle with 80’s.

B Flight:

Toby Tyler wins by three shots as he played strong all day and posted a great score of 75.  Steve Williams was solo second at 78 with Bill Greiner third at 80.  Ron LaMorte rounded out the top four spots at 82 beating out Bill Maryman on the card playoff.

C Flight:

Charles Mines and Guy Woodlief tied at 84 but it was Mines winning the playoff for the victory.  Lloyd Morris and Pat Dolan also tied at 86 with Morris capturing third place money on the card playoff.

The tours next stop takes us to the first major of the season the Raintree Masters on March 27th-28th.

The next Tour stop takes us to Raintree CC March 27th – 28th major 36 hole total score event.  Please let me know ASAP (Yes or No) on this 2 day event on the Charlotte Senior Tour!

For those of you new to the tour major's mean double the prize pool, double points and your Senior National Championship paid for if you win your flight!  Also Crystal trophies will be given away to each flight winner for this major event.
