Champ Flight:
Tom Cone starts the year out with the victory with a
one under par round of 71 to win by one shot.
Mark Hodges finished solo second with 72 and Brad Kroll cashed third
place with 73. Jeff Brischke and Mike
Gentry both tied at 74 with Brischke winning on the card playoff 4th
place money.
A Flight:
Gary Bell comes back after some time off last year
and grabs first place by one shot over four other players with 75. Greg McCoy, Rick Chapman, Mike Ringuette and
Bill Beal all tied at 76. McCoy wins on
the card second place then Chapman the finally Ringuette rounds out the top
four payouts.
B Flight:
Sam Carpenter takes B flight with a solid round of
78 to win by 2 shots. A host of players
fired 80’s but David Wardrop was second followed by Bob Talbot and finally Don
Laney was fourth.
C Flight:
Bill Shaw fires a great round at 81 for the victory
and a promotion to B flight for our next tournament. Ray Schilling last years National Champions
finished his first tournament of 2016 in second place at 86. Larry Hinson, Mark Denton and Phil Schroeder
all fired 88’s with Hinson grabbing third and Denton fourth on the card.
