All orders must include your Golfer ID# in the space marked "ENTER GOLFER ID HERE." Your Golfer ID can be found on your Home Tour's 2024 Tour Members page.

All orders must include your Coupon Code received by email in the space marked "ENTER COUPON CODE HERE." After entering the Coupon Code, you must click "Apply."

Orders received without the Golfer ID# and Coupon Code will automatically be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not adhere to the above conditions.

All inventory is limited and is not guaranteed. Each product offer is good only until the stock is depleted. Prices are subject to change and will not be retroactive.

The email and address for the order must match the contact information we have on file.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, including but not limited to insufficient apartment numbers. If orders are returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply.

This coupon is NONTRANSFERABLE. While you may choose to order products for friends and family, products must be shipped to you.

Although we try to get orders out immediately, please allow 6 weeks for shipping due to the anticipated volume associated with our large membership base.

Where do I find my Golfer ID?
----Your Golfer ID can be found on your Home Tour's 2024 Tour Members page.
How do I find my coupon code?
----Your coupon code will be sent to you via the email you have on file in our database withing 30 days of joining the Tour.
----If you joined more than 30 days ago, please check your spam/junk for the email.
----If you have unsubscribed to emails from the Senior Amateur Tour, you may not receive the coupon code. Please contact ProShop@AmateurGolfTour.net for assistance.
Can someone else use my coupon?
----This coupon is NONTRANSFERABLE. While you may choose to order products for friends and family, products must be shipped to you.

Can I use my coupon for tournaments?
----The $50 coupon has no cash value and can only be redeemed for merchandise in the Senior Amateur Tour Pro Shop at this link. The coupon cannot be used at AmateurGolfTour.net.
What if I put in the wrong address or forget to put my apartment number?
----The correct address for the order is the responsibility of the customer. Any orders returned with an incomplete address will incur a reshipping fee.
What if my order does not total $50?
----If your order total is less than $50 and you are unable to check out, please email ProShop@AmateurGolfTour.net and we will help you finalize the order.
----The $50 coupon has no cash value and can only be redeemed for merchandise in the Golfweek Amateur Tour Pro Shop at this link. If you spend less than $50, there will be no refunds for the remaining balance.
How long do I have to use my $50 coupon?
----Your coupon expires 90 days after joining the Tour for members joining before June 1, 2024. All coupons for members joining after that date will expire 8-15-24.
Can I exchange my shirt for another size?
----Exchanges for another size are available on most products pending availability and unless otherwise noted.
----Only apparel with tags attached and in its original clear plastic packaging is eligible for exchange.
----All exchanges must be made within 30 days of original shipment.
----All Shipping costs related to the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. When packaging your exchange, ensure that your item is packaged well and is in a box/envelope suitable for shipping. Items returned with damage cannot be exchanged.
