STARTERS BRIEF

EVENT FORMAT:  STROKE PLAY-TRIPLE MAX (ALL FLIGHTS- ALL PLAYERS)

LIVE SCORING: Each Group 1- Official Scorer, 1-Marker for Live Score, Recommend Players 3-4 keep their own score on a local scorecard. Verify after the final hole, ALL players must sign the official scorecard!

MEN:  Champ-A  Blue Tees      B-C Blue/White Combo Tees       D White Tees    

Women: Champ-A White/Red Combo       B-C-D-Red Tees

DAY 2 

MEN:  Champ-A  Blue Tees      B-C Blue Tees Front 9 White Tees Back 9      D White Tees    

Women: Champ-A White/Red Combo       B-C-D-Red Tees

CARTS: 90* ( UNLESS OTHER WISE STATED)    

COURSE CONDITIONS: NORMAL- PLAYING THE BALL DOWN

BUNKERS: Play the ball as it lies “UNLESS” your ball comes to rest in an ABNORMAL CONDITION ie (Footprint, Animal Track or Washout) then at that point a player “MAY” rake and replace within scorecard length with group consent.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:  Players caught out in Rain remain patient, seek shelter, allow the showers to pass then continue play. Groups that wish to play thru may be allowed to continue on. In the case of LIGHTNING, a message to SUSPEND PLAY will be issued thru LIVE SCORE messaging, at that point players must MARK their balls and seek shelter and/or return to clubhouse for a MANDATORY WAIT. Play will resume once ordered by Course Staff.

HAZARD AREAS: Areas Marked by RED STAKES/RED LINES or YELLOW STAKES/YELLOW LINES are played per USGA Rules. 

OB-WHITE STAKES- Stroke and Distance

G.U.R.- Newly laid sod, Debris piles, abnormal ground condition near sprinkler systems, fairway areas marked by white circle.

DROP AREAS (PAR 3s):  NO DROP ZONES, PLAY USGA RULES FOR HAZARD

PACE OF PLAY: It is crucial that ALL players play READY GOLF at all times, groups that fall behind by 2 holes will be placed on clock first, FAILURE to regain position will result in GROUP PENALTY STROKES.  

DISAGREEMENT OF RULINGS: Invoke RULE 20.1.3c “Play a 2nd Ball”, score both balls.

SCORING/TIES: After completing your round, review-update-correct the LIVE SCORE to the OFFICIAL SCORECARD. Players tied for 1st place will go to SUDDEN DEATH Playoff starting at hole #1. Ties for 2nd, 3rd etc a Scorecard Playoff will be in accordance to TOUR MANUAL.
