Tee times and important information for the Nashville Senior Amateur Tour's tournament at the Towhee Club on Sunday, April 24th are posted below. Please make sure you double-check your tee time/group on the morning of the tournament in case there are any last-minute changes.
Tee times/pairings for Sunday's round will be posted by Friday, April 22nd.
Inclement Weather – In the event of inclement weather, the tournament will go on as scheduled (unless the course closes). Please make sure you check the tour homepage for updates.
Live Scoring Information - View the LIVE LEADERBOARD, Instructions for posting scores to Live Score can be found above! Your username is the email you used to sign up for the Tour, and the password is - password.
Local Rules - A local rules page and playing conditions will be posted here before the tournament. Tournament playing rules are listed on the homepage under the Local Tour Policies button.
Tournament Check-In - Every golfer MUST check-in 30 minutes prior to their tee time in person at the sign in desk to check their name and tee time/group or digitally and pay their skins and any outstanding fees. Each group MUST be on the first tee (or at their cart for shotguns) 10 minutes before their tee time. When you check-in you will have the opportunity to participate in the side games for the tournament (skins, closest to the pin,points game and 50/50 raffle). These contests may be paid for in cash at the course OR ahead of time via Venmo (@Nashville Golfweek), Cash App ($NashvilleGolfweek) or PayPal (thru the button on the front page or Paypal Friends and family to - jeff.helbig@gmail.com). There is an added surcharge already included in side games to cover the various finance charges. All payouts will be made electronically within 48 hours via Venmo, Cash App or PayPal Friends and Family.
Cash Games:
Flight Skins - $15 - (All flights are separate - birdie or better wins skins in Champ, A and B flights - par or better wins skins in C and D flights)
Super Skins - $10 - (All flights are all combined - birdie or better qualifies as a skin)
Closest to the Pin - $5 - All flights get a shot at all of the par 3's at their respective distances. $3 goes to the closest to the pin (CTP), $1 is applied to the Club Championship, and $1 is applied to the hole in one pot. The Hole in One pot is always $500.
Points Game - $10 total - $5 is applied to the per flight points. Scores are calculated using a modified Stableford system with players gaining or losing points based on their per hole score.
Scoring points -
DOUBLE EAGLE OR HOLE IN ONE | 8 POINTS
EAGLE | 5 POINTS
BIRDIE | 2 POINTS
PAR | 1 POINTS
BOGEY | -1 POINT
DOUBLE or TRIPLE BOGEY | -2 POINTS
Total points are calculated with each players AGT handicap adding to their handicap holes being used to give the player their net point total. Half of the pot is paid out to point winners in all flights. Based on the pot size 1st place will get up to $50, then 2nd place up to $30, and finally 3rd place up to $20. If the pot size is larger than that amount the split will be 1st - 50%, 2nd - 30%, and 3rd - 20%. The other half of the pot is paid out to teams of 2 that are drawn at random. Both players point totals are combined and the payout is 1st (50%), 2nd (30%), and 3rd (20%) paid out across all flights combined.
50/50 Raffle – $10 - A random draw for a winner that gets half the pot, and the other half goes to Stand Up 2 Cancer.
Players may pick and choose which games to play, and pay for their selections at the check-in desk.
